How the Savings Fee Works

Each package includes a base fee for the project, plus a 15% performance-based fee—only applied to the actual savings we help you achieve.
During your consultation, we’ll review what your organization has spent on similar items in the past. I’ll break down your previous year’s spending by quarter to find an agreed-upon average baseline. The savings fee is then calculated based on the amount you save compared to that baseline.

For example, if your average past cost for books was $5,000 per quarter, and we reduce it to $4,000, you save $1,000—and the savings fee would be $150.
